Sorry for the long silence !!!
During the evening session I had a chat with my fellow team mates. Objective is to plan for the next couple of days and perform testing on the application in effective way before release it to the customer.
Fist half of the session was very effective and team mates raised couple of good questions.
Then starts the session number two. It was the funniest session ever in my life time. One of our Project Managers also joined with us and he raised couple of questions. The best thing is that he had the answers for all of these questions.
Unfortunately this guy suggested us to test this web based application using JMeter. He wants us to test the performance of application developed using C#, Web Services and MS SQL Server using JMeter. Couple of months back, this same person asked us to perform QA activities on a given application within five minutes.
I wonder what has happened to this person. Oh I forgot one thing. He was a tech writer. Neither in to .Net engineering nor in to JAVA. That might be the reason.
Poor fellow. Initially start with the Development team. Once the top management recognized his weaknesses on dev side asked him to deal with QA. But seem he lacks lots of technical skills to perform that duty too.
Worst case is, he doesn’t show that; he doesn’t want to learn it from others; but pretending that he knows everything.
